Bouncy Items/Super Zoom

This is a port of the PAL version code Bouncy Pickups. The purpose of this code is to make all of the items that drop into the arena bounce around. It has many side-effects though. Polygons often tear in and out of the background. The game might occasionally freeze. However, the code does have one cool side-effect. When you pause the game you can sometimes pull the camera out extremely far. If you've ever wanted to know what the entire level and background looked like together, this code can show it to you.
