Note:
IMPORTANT Using Jigglypuff's B with this code prevents you from leaving the ground in
any fashion when using the B-roll. Any time you leave a continuous surface (ramp, edge of level, etc.), you will vanish and die! I felt the advantage of having an instantly charged Jigglypuff outweighed this drawback.
